Property Description

The primary rainforest is close to the town of Pangola, province of Heredia, in Costa Rica. The property spans roughly 531 hectares (nearly 1,480 acres) and is a rare parcel of primary forest that includes massive trees, including Ceibas, Almendro, and Guacimo, among rare species. Significantly, the land serves as a habitat for several endangered species, including jaguars, pumas, tapirs, and ocelots, which are regarded as prominent animal species in Costa Rica. The primary forest harbors a diverse array of critically endangered bird species, such as the green Macaw, which is indigenous to Costa Rica. - The owners have been dedicated for over 25 years to conserving more than 531 hectares of pristine jungle. - Two contracts with FONAFIFO (government funding) is responsible for the allocation of government funding for a 531-hectare forest project. - Land is accessible along a public road. - Within the property are creeks, swamps, and primary forest. - More information available upon inquiry.
