Located along the 14th hole of Hacienda Pinilla’s championship golf course, Casa Siete Cielos is a private luxury residence within the exclusive La Dulce Vida community. Surrounded by mature tropical landscaping and expansive gardens, the home enjoys golf course views with glimpses of the Pacific Ocean and Playa Langosta. Built in 2016, this meticulously maintained residence offers 675 m² (7,297 sq.ft) of living space, featuring five spacious en-suite bedrooms, including two master suites. High ceilings, custom hardwood finishes, polished travertine floors, and double-pane windows create an elegant and energy-efficient living environment. Completed in 2025, the emerald-tiled lap pool serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor living area, seamlessly connecting the home to its lush tropical surroundings. Unlike many properties in the area, this home has never been rented and has been exclusively enjoyed as a private second residence, reflecting exceptional care and maintenance throughout. La Dulce Vida is a gated enclave of only 22 homesites, offering privacy, security, and direct access to Hacienda Pinilla’s world-class amenities, including three beaches, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, equestrian facilities, hiking and biking trails, a beach club, and access to the JW Marriott. The community is located just 20 minutes from Tamarindo and approximately one hour from Liberia International Airport.
