Background: I have spent years working throughout the Riviera Maya, with experience spanning construction, hospitality, and archaeological tourism, including guiding international visitors through the region’s Maya sites and cenotes. I am also pursuing my degree in Architecture, which gives me a practical perspective on design, construction quality, functionality, and the physical characteristics of a property. Combined with my extensive experience working with clients and visitors from the United States and around the world, this allows me to bring deep local knowledge, cultural understanding, and a technically informed perspective to every client relationship.

As part of the Astamar team, I help U.S. and international buyers navigate the process of purchasing real estate in Mexico from property selection and transaction coordination to understanding the fideicomiso process and working with notaries, fiduciaries, attorneys, and other specialists as appropriate.
